DCi Commercial Interior Design Service
How we do commercial interior design using the Design & Tender Method – in 3 distinctly separate stages
Stage 1 – working closely with you to develop your brief including aims and objectives, ideas and budget.
Identify and appoint if required other service professionals to the design team – Principal Designer Role, Structural Engineer, Cooling & Heating Engineers, Electrical Design Eng etc.
Working then with this information to develop Stage 1 sketch design and budget costs, complete with storey board materials, colours, furniture & options.

All costs assembled agree and appoint successful contractor, form suitable contract between you and contractor.
